abstract | The invention relates to the field of microorganisms and particularly relates to a sulfite-polymyxin-sulfadiazine agar medium. The medium contains the ingredients, including 21g/L chopped meat medium, 3.0g/L lactose, 1.54g/L sodium bisulfite, 1.5g/L ferric citrate and 0.88g/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and has the pH value of 6.9-7.1. The chopped meat medium per liter contains the ingredients by weight: 20.0g of peptone, 3.0g of beef extract powder, 5.0g of yeast extract powder, 1.5g of soluble starch, 3g of glucose, 5.8g of sodium citrate, 0.33g of sodium deoxycholate and 2.0g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The medium disclosed by the invention is simple in prescription, convenient in preparation operation and low in cost, so that popularization and application are facilitated; bacteria are high in growth speed and low in mutation rate; the observation and analysis are convenient. |
