titleOfInvention | Biodegradation cell microcarrier and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a modified microcarrier which is obtained by modifying the microcarrier through a modifier. The microcarrier is a polylactic acid and/or polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer; the modifier is a substance containing pyrocatechin. The polylactic acid (PLA) and/or polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer (PLGA) is modified through the substance containing a pyrocatechin group to form a polydopamine layer on the surface of PLA and/or PLGA, so that the hydrophily of the PLA and/or PLGA is obviously improved, and the adhesive capacity of cells is improved. The invention also provides a preparation method of the modified microcarrier. The preparation method is simple and efficient. The invention also provides a functional microcarrier. The cells can be directionally induced by active substances on the functional microcarrier to obtain cells with functionalization, and the cells can be directly applied to tissue repair. |
