titleOfInvention Feed manufacturing method using taro powder as raw material
abstract The present invention discloses a feed manufacturing method using taro powder as a raw material. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: A, a step of preparing rice straw powder and corn straw powder: selecting gramineous straws and leguminous straws, cutting the straws into short strips of 2-3 cm long, putting the strips into a pool, filling the pool up to eighty percent of the volume, adding a uniformly stirred quick lime solution with a mass concentration of 1% or a slaked lime solution with a mass concentration of 3% into the pool, thoroughly mixing the gramineous straws and the leguminous straws so as to completely wet the straws, pressing the raw materials with stones, taking the raw materials out and draining off the residual liquid, and crushing the materials into 80-100 mesh powder; B, adding the powder obtained in step A with taro powder, protein powder, sorghum flour, wheat bran, fermented sawdust, hot chili meal, meat meal, gravel and medicated leaven, and uniformly stirring; and C, granulating the mixture obtained in step B with a granulator into granular materials with diameters of 2-3 mm, and drying the granular materials by baking to obtain the feed using taro powder as the raw material. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method is simple, the produced product is simple to match and easy to use, the total content of grains is controlled at 45-55%, and the feed costs are greatly reduced.
