abstract | The present invention discloses a method for producing a chicken poultry feed without addition of beans, and the method comprises the steps of A, preparing seaweed powder by virtue of gathering seaweed together, adding fermentation bacteria according to a mass ratio of 0.1 to 0.2%, sealing the seaweed with the bacteria through a plastic film, carrying out fermentation for 6 days, carrying out dehydration with dewatering equipment, carrying out crushing of the seaweed with the bacteria into a powder with a size of 40 to 60 meshes for standby application; B, carrying out crushing of millet flour into a powder, adding the seaweed powder obtained in step A, organic matter, meat powder, legume straw powder, blood meal and pulvistalci, bamboo leaf powder and tangerine peel powder, blending the pulvistalci, the bamboo leaf powder and the tangerine peel powder according to a mass ratio of 1:2:5, mixing and stirring the mixture for 30 to 35 minutes and controlling the stirring speed at 35 r/min; C, adding deoxygenated acetic acid, peptides and amino acids to the substances which are obtained in step B; and D, carrying out granulation on the qualified mixture obtained in step C by a granulator, thereby obtaining a pellet feed with a diameter of 3mm. According to the present invention, the producing method is simple; the ratio of the obtained product is simple; the usage is convenient; and the feed cost is greatly reduced. |
