titleOfInvention | Meat duck midterm mixed feed |
abstract | The invention discloses the components and production technology of a meat duck midterm mixed feed (9). The meat duck midterm mixed feed is composed of the following components (by weight): corn protein feed, DDGS, wheat middling, small fish meal, peanut meal, corn, lard, sweet potato flour, flour, calcium bicarbonate, salt, methionine, threonine, lysine with a concentration of 65%, green bran, wheat, meat duck multivitamin, high temperature plant enzyme, an enzyme preparation, anhydrous sodium sulphate, and a meat goose mineral agent. The production technology comprises the following steps: step one, fully mixing and grinding the components mentioned above according to a certain ratio, sieving by a sieve sheet (phi 2.0); step two, transferring the material processed in the step one to a stainless steel mixer to carry out mixing, wherein the variable coefficient is not more than 7%, and the mixing time is 90 seconds; step three, transferring the material obtained in the step two to a granulator to carry out granulating, wherein the granulating pressure is 0.4 KPa, and the granulating temperature is 80 to 90 DEG C, then transferring the granules to a three-layer hardening and tempering machine to carry out aging, hardening, and tempering, wherein the hardening and tempering time is 50 seconds; step four, spraying grease on the granules; and step five, cooling the material obtained in step four to the room temperature, and packaging for sale. |
