titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method for mildew-removing feed additive |
abstract | The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a mildew-removing feed additive, and the method comprises the following steps: A, selecting clay and cellulose, crushing the clay and the cellulose into a size of 100 meshes, mixing the clay and the cellulose according to a mass ratio of 1:3, adjusting a water content to 45% by adding water for standby application; B, mixing amur corktree bark and astragalus according to a mass ratio of 1:4, crushing the amur corktree bark and the astragalus into powder, soaking the powder in water for one hour and then placing the mixture into a extraction tank, adding an ethanol solvent with a mass ratio of 75% to obtain an amur corktree bark and astragalus extract by an ethanol extraction method; C, adding hydroxymethyl cellulose, wherein the amount of the hydroxymethyl cellulose is 5% of the total amur corktree bark and astragalus extract, mixing and cooking the mixture to achieve a paste, and then drying the paste into a powder; and D, adding protein powder, alginates, fungicides, anti-oxidants and the mixture of step A to the powder of step C and mixing the mixture, and carrying out granulation, thereby obtaining the mildew-removing feed additive. The mildew-removing feed additive has characteristics of long preservation time and capabilities of eliminating the mycotoxin contamination of feed and animal food, enhancing the animal immunity and anti-stress capability, and improving the production and reproductive performance of animals. |
