titleOfInvention | Manufacture method of feed additive of Isatis indigotica Fortune extract |
abstract | The invention provides a manufacture method of a feed additive of Isatis indigotica Fortune extract. The method comprises the following steps: a step of extracting Isatis indigotica Fortune: selecting green Isatis indigotica Fortune, cleaning and soaking for 3 hours, taking out and crushing the Isatis indigotica Fortune by a blender, placing the crushed Isatis indigotica Fortune into an extraction tank, dissolving with chloroform, repeatedly filtering for three times, removing chloroform by extraction method, so as to obtain a Isatis indigotica Fortune extraction solution; a step of drying: adding modified starch in an amount of 2 wt%, hydroxyl methyl cellulose in an amount of 5 wt% and bee propolis solution in an amount of 6 wt% based on the total weight of the Isatis indigotica Fortune extraction solution, into the Isatis indigotica Fortune extraction solution, boiling the mixture solution until the solution is sticky, and drying the sticky solution to obtain a powder; screening through a screen in the mesh size of 120 meshes, irradiating the screened powder with ultraviolet light for 10 seconds, so as to obtain the feed additive of Isatis indigotica Fortune extract. The feed additive can enhance the immunity and increases appetite. Various active components comprehensively act on the multiple modulation hormone axis of neuroendocrine system, jointly promote secretion of endogenous hormone, and play the stable and lasting growth-promoting role. |
