titleOfInvention Mixed marking substance and marking method as well as application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a mixed marking substance and a marking method as well as application of the mixed marking substance. The mixed marking substance disclosed by the invention comprises a marker and a marked substance, wherein the marker comprises at least two selected from colloidal gold particles, latex particles and water-soluble markers; preferably, the marker comprises two substances, namely the colloidal gold particles and the latex particles. The invention also relates to a method for marking the mixed marking substance, wherein the method comprises a step of combining the marker and the marked substance. Different markers can be marked with the same marked substance together, also can be respectively marked and mixed with the same marker and can be further and respectively marked with different marked substances. In addition, the invention further relates to a detection reagent strip, wherein the detection reagent strip comprises the mixed marking substance. The mixed marking substance, the marking method and the application have the beneficial effects that according to the application of the mixed marking substance in the detection reagent strip, the detection sensitivity and specificity can be effectively improved.
