The method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the extraction effect is good, the high-activity collagen peptide prepared by using the method is high in purity, the activity is high, a product containing the collagen peptide is easy to absorb, and the like. The method can be simply operated, is low in production cost and is applicable to on-scale industrialization production, and the purpose that the high-activity collagen peptide is efficiently prepared from cow placentae is achieved.
