titleOfInvention | Environment-friendly offset ink and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to environment-friendly offset ink and a preparation method thereof and aims to provide environment-friendly offset ink which is excellent in solubility, good in drying permeability and storage stability and capable of meeting the requirement for the wet offset printability. The offset ink is prepared from the following substances in parts by mass: 60-70 parts of binding materials, 2-5 parts of vegetable oil fatty acid ester, 2-5 parts of dibasic acid ester, 15-18 parts of pigment, 5-8 parts of filler, 0.2-1 part of thickening and rheological agent, 0.4-2 parts of wear-resistant agent and 0.3-1 part of drier. The environment-friendly offset ink provided by the invention is energy-saving, environment-friendly and easy to degrade and regenerate. After being used for printing, the ink is high in setting and drying speeds, high in glossiness, suitable for high-speed web offset printing, favorable in printability and capable of achieving the same printing effect with the traditional mineral oil web offset ink. |
