titleOfInvention Anti-tearing heat-aging-resistant filling material special for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe and preparation method of anti-tearing heat-aging-resistant filling material
abstract The invention discloses an anti-tearing heat-aging-resistant filling material special for a PVC pipe. The anti-tearing heat-aging-resistant filling material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of precipitation process white carbon black, 3-4 parts of tributyl citrate, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of vitamin C, 1-2 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5-0.8 part of polyacrylonitrile microspheres, 2-3 parts of epoxy acrylate, 0.1-0.2 part of triethylamine, 2-3 parts of inositol hexaphosphate, 2-3 parts of diethylene glycol benzoate, 2-3 parts of cationic starch, 2-3 parts of dipropylene glycol dibenzoate, 80-85 parts of light calcium carbonate, 13-16 parts of an auxiliary agent and 120-140 parts of water. The anti-tearing heat-aging-resistant filling material disclosed by the invention is modified by organic resin and a plasticizer, and the compatibility with PVC is increased so as to ensure that PVC is uniform in structure and high in strength; by adding precipitated white carbon black, the anti-tearing heat-aging-resistant filling material is strong in cohesiveness, and the anti-tearing performance, heat aging resistance and insulation performance of PVC can be increased; by virtue of the auxiliary agent disclosed by the invention, the wettability of calcium carbonate in PVC can be increased, and defects of PVC can be reduced.
