titleOfInvention High-grafting-ratio environment-friendly general purpose polypropylene (PP) compatilizer, and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a high-grafting-ratio environment-friendly general purpose polypropylene (PP) compatilizer, and a preparation method and application thereof. By using PP, first grafting monomers, second grafting monomers, an initiator and a liquid assistant as raw materials, graft modification is performed to graft maleic anhydride and other first monomers with high-polarity side groups onto the PP, thereby greatly enhancing the compatibility between the PP and polar polymers; and the second grafting monomers are introduced to enhance the grafting ratio of the first grafting monomers. The method of sequentially performing premixing in the reaction kettle and melt grafting in the double screw extruder well controls the residue level of the grafting monomers, reduces the PP degradation degree and lowers the environmental pollution, thereby obtaining the stable-performance high-grafting-ratio environment-friendly general purpose PP compatilizer.
