The invention discloses an influenza virus inhibitor and application thereof. The influenza virus inhibitor comprises compounds disclosed as chemical formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The chemical formula I is disclosed in the specification, wherein X is N or CH; Y is NH, N(R2), S or O; Z is N or CH; W is O, NH or omitted; R1 is H, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-C4 alkyl group or C1-C4 alkoxy group; and R2 is C1-C6 alkyl group. The influenza virus inhibitor has the chemical formula I and is different from NAIs. The experimental data in the embodiment proves that the influenza virus inhibitor has anti-influenza virus activity. The novel influenza virus inhibitor can be effectively used for treating influenza virus capable of generating drug resistance to NAI, or can be combined with the NAIs to effectively prevent and treat influenza. |
