abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing feed taking a pumpkin powder and pawpaw powder mixture as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: A, doping corn flour into pawpaw powder, whey protein, crab shell powder, fish meal, rhizoma kaempferiae, crushed corn cob crush and pumpkin powder, uniformly mixing, further adding lysine, bamboo shavings and zymophyte, adding water, stirring, and fermenting for 5 days; B, uniformly mixing rhizoma atractylodis powder, pyrrosia lingua powder, coarse cereals, whey protein, a sweetening agent, lactic acid bacteria, oxytetracycline powder and platycodon grandiflorum for later use; and C, pelleting the materials obtained in the step A by using a pelleting machine, in the pelleting process, rolling the prepared granules on the powder prepared in the steps B, and uniformly adhering the powder prepared in the steps B to the surfaces of the granules to form coatings, thereby obtaining the feed taking the pumpkin powder and pawpaw powder mixture as the raw material. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, the feed prepared by using the method is simple in proportioning, balanced in energy and protein and relatively low in cost, and the cost of the feed is lowered by 7-9% when being compared with that of a conventional feed which takes the pumpkin powder and pawpaw powder mixture as the raw material.
