abstract The invention discloses an organic light emission device, which comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a first organic light emission unit, a second organic light emission unit, a transparent isolation layer and a packaging adhesive. The transparent isolation layer is arranged on the first organic light emission unit and comprises an interference medium layer and an insulating layer stacked in sequence, the interference medium layer is a layer of zinc sulfide film or zinc selenide film, and the insulating layer is made of silicon monoxide. Due to existence of the middle transparent isolation layer of the organic light emission device, emergent light of the organic light emission unit can generate the maximal light interference, light intensity is enhanced, and transmittance of the light is improved. Light emission colors are stable, and the light emission efficiency is high. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method for the organic light emission device, and the manufacturing method is simple.
