abstract | The invention discloses an organic light emission diode which comprises a glass substrate, an anode, a hole transfer layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole-blocking layer, an electron transfer layer, a cathode and a packaging cover plate which are sequentially stacked. The packaging cover plate and the glass substrate form an enclosure space; the anode, the hole transfer layer, the light-emitting layer, the hole-blocking layer, the electron transfer layer and the cathode are accommodated in the enclosure space; and the hole-blocking layer not only can block holes from transmitting to the electron transfer layer, but also can block the alkali metal ions in the electron transfer layer form diffusing to the light-emitting layer, so that carrier transmission efficiency is improved, and highly-efficient luminous efficiency can be obtained favorably. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the organic light emission diode. |
