A white-light organic light emission diode comprises an anode, a first hole injection layer, a first hole transport layer, a first light-emitting unit, a first electron transmission layer, a charge generation layer, a second hole injection layer, a second hole transport layer, a second light-emitting unit, a second electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode which are sequentially stacked, wherein the anode comprises a first anti-reflecting layer, a glass substrate, a second anti-reflecting layer, a refraction layer, a transparent conductive layer, a first short circuit reduction layer and a second short circuit reduction layer which are sequentially stacked. The white-light organic light emission diode has small working current. The invention provides a preparation method of the white-light organic light emission diode. |
