abstract | The invention relates to coloured heat conducting coating for an LED lamp and a preparation method of the coloured heat conducting coating for the LED lamp. The current universal method comprises the step of adding a heat conducting filler into macromolecule coating, so that compatibility is poor, improvement of heat conductivity of coating is limited, and technology difficulty is improved, so that preparation cost of heat conducting coating is high. The coloured heat conducting coating for the LED lamp comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of acrylic acid, 45-70 parts of polyacrylate, 5-10 parts of sodium sulfamate, 1-8 parts of diphenylmethane, 30-50 parts of an inorganic heat conducting filler, 15-35 parts of auxiliaries, 80-110 parts of an organic solvent and 5-10 parts of coloured pigment. The coloured heat conducting coating for the LED lamp has the beneficial effects that the LED lamp is beautiful as the heat conducting coating for the LED lamp is colourful when the prepared heat conducting coating for the LED lamp is applied to manufacturing of the LED lamp; meanwhile, a formed heat conducting coating is high in heat conductivity and can be well laminated on metal or plastic; besides, the coloured heat conducting coating for the LED lamp is durable and has no irritant odour. |
