The method includes the steps: extracting 90 parts by weight of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge, 50 parts by weight of rhizoma zedoariae, 30 parts by weight of pseudo-ginseng, 50 parts by weight of angelica sinensis and 35 parts by weight of rhizoma corydalis by ethanol, carrying out reduced pressure recovery of ethanol, and concentrating to obtain an extract A; carrying out water addition and decoction on the drug dregs after ethanol extraction, 50 parts by weight of Yunnan radix bupleuri, 50 parts by weight of radix paeoniae rubra, 35 parts by weight of rhizoma sparganii, 30 parts by weight of rhizoma cyperi and 20 parts of liquorice for two times, merging the decoction liquids, filtering, and concentrating to obtain an extract B; and merging the extract A and the extract B, adding auxiliary materials, and preparing the granules. The method comprises that based on a Danefukang decoction agent, the low-concentration ethanol is adopted to extract the medicinal materials, and then the granules are prepared by ways of concentration, granulation and the like. Compared with granules prepared by high-concentration ethanol extraction, the granules obtained by the method have the drug water solubility enhanced, so that appearance properties of the granules after dissolving are significantly improved. |
