titleOfInvention Extracting process for total flavones of lysimachia christinae hance
abstract The invention relates to an extracting process for total flavones of lysimachia christinae hance, and specifically relates to a method for extracting total flavones of lysimachia christinae hance by virtue of combination of homogenization and continuous counterflow ultrasonic treatment. The extracting process is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, getting and placing fresh lysimachia christinae hance into a homogenizing machine to mix and homogenize with an extracting solvent; b, placing the homogenized material into a continuous counterflow ultrasonic device to extract for 2-3 hours, filtering and collecting filtrate; c, enabling the filtrate to pass through a polyamide resin column, carrying out alcohol elution, collecting eluant, concentrating and drying to obtain the total flavones of lysimachia christinae hance. The extracting process is used for extracting total flavones of lysimachia christinae hance by combining homogenization with continuous counterflow ultrasonic treatment, and has the advantages of no dust, a simple process, quickness, efficiency and capacity of being operated continuously. Meanwhile, the usage amount of an organic solvent in the whole process is reduced, so that the cost can be lowered, and the application prospect is good.
