In addition, it is also convenient to further graft specific functional groups on the polymer brush, improve the ability of the microspheres to specifically bind to the separation target, and achieve a finer separation purpose. The preparation method is simple, improves the stability, operability and environmental friendliness of the reaction system, and is convenient for popularization and application.
