The recombinant human growth hormone with high purity and high activity can be prepared through renaturation and urea denaturation by using speed control grading renaturation of the proteins, and an ultrafilter membrane technology. The preparation method can omit the chromatography step, substantially shortens man hour, and reduces the production cost. Pure rhHGH can be efficiently, simply and cheaply obtained in the invention. |
