titleOfInvention Transcription induced sperm forms gene 40(Tisp40)Function and application in angiostenosis after damage is treated
abstract Gene 40 is formed the invention discloses one kind transcription induced sperm(Tisp40)Function and application in angiostenosis after damage is treated. The present invention, by vascular injury model, has carried out the detection of the gentle smooth muscle cell phenotype conversion of mouse neointima, cells of vascular wall proliferation water with Tisp40 knock out mice and wild-type mice as experimental subjects.Result shows that Tisp40 gene knockouts can substantially suppress neointima and cell propagation, suppress smooth muscle cell and changed from shrinkage type to synthesis type. This shows that functions of the Tisp40 in angiostenosis after damage is mainly reflected in promote neointima and cell propagation and smooth muscle cell phenotype conversion. For the above-mentioned functions of Tisp40, it can be used to screening prevention as drug targets, alleviate and/treatment angiostenosis after damage disease medicine, its inhibitor can be used to preparing prevention, alleviate and/treatment angiostenosis after damage medicine and arterial bracket.
