abstract | The invention provides a composition containing holothuria moebii saponin A. The composition consists of holothuria moebii total saponins and soy isoflavone total aglucone, wherein the ratio of the holothuria moebii total saponins to the soy isoflavone total aglucone is 1:(2-5); the holothuria moebii total saponins consists of four compounds, namely, holothuria moebii saponin A, holothurin A, holothurin B and 24-dehydrogenation actinopyga echinite glycoside B; the soy isoflavone total aglucone consists of glycinin and genistein. The composition is prepared through percolation extraction, ODS (Ozone Depleting Substance) column chromatography isolation and vacuum concentration. The composition has the functions of remarkably inhibiting proliferation of glioma cells and inducing tumor cell apoptosis. The composition disclosed by the invention can meet the requirement of large-scale anti-glioma medicine production, and has application prospect in preparing brain glioma medicines. |
