titleOfInvention Wear-resisting and staining-resisting PVC material applied to automobile foot mat and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a wear-resisting and staining-resisting PVC material applied to an automobile foot mat and a preparation method thereof. The PVC material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 47-63 parts of SG-4 type PVC resin, 22-36 parts of polytrimethylene terephthalate, 16-28 parts of polyether-ether-ketone, 10-15 parts of polyetherimide, 12-18 parts of neopentyl glycol dibenzoate, 10-15 parts of dipropylene glycol dibenzoate, 3-6 parts of lanolin, 2-4 parts of tribehenin, 15-20 parts of high-abrasion-resistance carbon black N330, 4-7 parts of microcrystalline wax, 3-5 parts of sodium 12-hydroxyoctadecanoate, 16-22 parts of emery powder, 2-4 parts of dicyandiamide, 5-10 parts of tungsten disulfide, 10-15 parts of pyrophyllite powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of di-tert-butyltin dichloride, 1-2 parts of calcium dimer acid, 1-2 parts of zinc dimer acid, 2-3 parts of beta-diketone, 18-24 parts of composite nanometer powder and 1-2 parts of an antioxidant 2246. The PVC material disclosed by the invention is extremely high in wear resistance and staining resistance, has excellent acid/alkali corrosion resistance, impact resistance and ageing resistance, high safety, is durable, and can completely satisfy the performance requirements of the PVC material applied to the automobile foot mat.
