The method is mainly characterized in that diamonds, cubic boron nitrides or boron carbides and plating powder, such as titanium, chromium and others and alloys, are evenly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1-50:1-10 and then placed in a heating mold and an SPS system in sequence for exerting 5 KN-25 KN pressure, then sparking treatment is performed for 10 minutes-120 minutes at the temperature of 700 DEG C-1350 DEG C, after cooling, a mixture is taken out, the residual plating powder is separated out through a vibration screen, and then ultra-hard grinding particles can be obtained, wherein the corresponding plated layer is arranged on the surfaces of the ultra-hard grinding particles. The method is easy to implement and free of pollution, the plating temperature is low, the plating period is short, cost is low, and bonding force is large. |
