titleOfInvention Preparation method of titanium oxide nano-tube array-silver composite coating material
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a titanium oxide nano-tube array-silver composite coating material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing a titanium oxide nano-tube array having no bioactivity and no antibacterial property, immersing the titanium oxide nano-tube array so that tubal cavities of the titanium oxide nano-tube array are filled with silver nitrate, and carrying out heat treatment so that silver nitrate in the tubal cavities is transformed into silver particles, wherein the silver particles go deep into the titanium-based coating so that dissociation of the silver particles from the base is avoided and long-term biological activity is obtained. Through the heat treatment process, agglomeration of the silver particles in the local zone is avoided, the silver particles are uniformly distributed and uniform and stable antibacterial activity of the material is guaranteed. Through heat treatment, the titanium oxide nano-tubes are transformed into anatase-type titanium oxide nano-tubes having biological activity. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method realizes more stable and uniform biological activity by heat treatment. Through use of a pure AgNO3 solution as an immersion liquid, a cost is reduced. The heat treatment process is conducive to industrial production.
