titleOfInvention Electronic printed circuit board etching solution
abstract The invention discloses a printed circuit board etching solution. The solution comprises, by mass, 50-55 parts of cupric nitrate trihydrate, 20-27 parts of nitric acid, 0.3-0.6 parts of thiourea, 0.2-0.5 parts of urotropine, 0.3-0.6 parts of ammonium thiocyanate, 0.2-0.3 parts of a surfactant, 0.3-0.5 parts of sodium citrate, and 20-25 parts of deionized water. The electronic printed circuit board etching solution adopting cupric nitrate trihydrate and nitric acid as main components, sodium citrate as a chelating agent, and thiourea, urotropine, ammonium thiocyanate and the surfactant as a corrosion inhibitor and an acid fog inhibitor in order to achieve the nearly vertical property of an electronic printed circuit board etching line and a minimal lateral erosion degree.
