titleOfInvention | Serum-free medium of recombinant human erythropoietin, applications of serum-free medium and method for preparing recombinant human erythropoietin |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of biological pharmacy, and in particular relates to a serum-free medium of recombinant human erythropoietin, applications of the serum-free medium and a method for preparing the recombinant human erythropoietin. The medium comprises a basal medium and additives; wherein the additives comprise 4-(2-hydroxyerhyl) piperazine-1-erhaesulfonic acid, NaHCO3, soy protein hydrolysate, sodium butyrate, D-glucose, D-mannose, D-galactose and N-acetyl glucosamine. The medium disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the expression quantity of CHO cells in the serum-free culture stage is increased; the proportion of expression of high-activity EPO by the CHO cells in the serum-free culture stage is increased; the survival time of the cells in the serum-free state is prolonged; the yield of EPO is increased. |
