abstract | The present invention relates to a kind of preparation methods of hyaluronic acid/bacteria cellulose composite hydrogel, bacteria cellulose film after bacterial fermentation is taken out, bacteria cellulose film is smashed to pieces, it is high-pressure homogeneous after obtained bacterial cellulose suspension, hyaluronic acid is dissolved in wherein, pH value is adjusted as acidity, persistently stirs to get acid gel, then gel is cleaned to neutrality, hyaluronic acid bacteria cellulose composite drying gel is made in vacuum drying.Gel prepared by this method has tridimensional network, material translucency is good, the good light permeability and high-moisture percentage of hyaluronic acid/bacteria cellulose composite hydrogel are remained after desiccant gel rehydration as seen from Figure 2, find out that its pattern is typical gel feature by Fig. 3, average pore size is tens microns, from fig. 4, it can be seen that under the shear rate of 0.1~100Hz, this material shows as elastomer, it was demonstrated that it has good elastic property in this range. |
