titleOfInvention Binder-free biological organic-inorganic complete element composite microbial fertilizer, preparation method and application thereof
abstract Belonging to high and new agricultural technologies, the invention discloses a binder-free biological organic-inorganic ''complete element'' composite microbial fertilizer, a preparation method and application thereof. The employed fertilizer raw materials are crushed and sieved biological organic fertilizer and crushed inorganic fertilizer. The biological organic fertilizer adopts the strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR-9; and adopted the fertilizer can be ammonium sulfate, calcium superphosphate and potassium chloride. The technological process includes: mixing the raw materials evenly according to a nutrient demand proportion, adding the mixture into a disc granulator, carrying out intermittent spray granulation and screening, and finally performing drying at a temperature of less than or equal to 50DEG C to a moisture mass ratio of less than 20%, and conducting packaging, thus obtaining the commodity biological organic-inorganic ''complete element'' composite microbial fertilizer. The process greatly reduces the production cost of the biological organic-inorganic fertilizer, the operation is simple, the fertilizer granulation rate is good, and the granulation efficiency is high.
