titleOfInvention | Traditional Chinese medicine formula for preventing and treating bird flu |
abstract | The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for preventing and treating bird flu. The formula comprises Andrographis paniculata, honeysuckle, Mahonia fortunei, screwtree root, herba houttuyniae, dendranthema indicum, cyperus rotundus, gleditsia sinensis, realgar, medicated leaven, brucea javanica, folium eriobotryae, garlic, alum, liquor, vinegar and sodium bicarbonate. The components are mixed uniformly according to a certain proportion and are mixed with a feed. After being used for feeding chickens for 3-4 days, the feed can prevent and treat bird flu well. An experiment proves that a preventing effect can reach more than 90% and a curative ratio can reach more than 95%. Economic loss due to a large-scale outbreak of the bird flu can be reduced and benefits of farmers can be maximumly protected. |
