The invention discloses a storage battery anode material, the general formula of which is: LiFe(1-15x)YxPO4. Specifically, x is greater than 0 and smaller than or equal to 0.03. The invention also discloses a making method of the material. The method comprises the steps of doping, drying, sintering and crushing, etc. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, easy control and operation, and is suitable for industrial production. The yttrium element is employed to partially substitute the iron element so as to obtain a lithium iron phosphate material with better electrochemical performance, the conductivity and high rate discharge performance are improved, and also the conductivity and low temperature performance are enhanced simultaneously. |
