titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent device and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an organic electroluminescent device comprising a conductive anode substrate, a hole injection layer, a hole transporting layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transporting layer, an electron injection layer, a ternary doped layer and a conductive thin film layer which are stacked in sequence. The ternary doped layer of the organic electroluminescent device is made of a mixture mixed by sodium salt having a work function of -1.5eV to -2.5eV, a VB metal oxide and a fullerene derivative according to a mass ratio of 1:0.1:0.5 to 1:1:1. The work function of the sodium salt is very high and is up to around -2.5eV, the difference between the sodium salt and the LUMO energy level of organic material is small, the electron injection barrier is reduced, and electron injection is facilitated. Compared with a conventional organic electroluminescent device, the organic electroluminescent device is higher in light emitting efficiency. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the organic electroluminescent device. |
