abstract | The invention relates to a treatment method of a copolymer solution. The method comprises the following steps: (I) contacting water with an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer solution containing a catalyst for 2-120 minutes at a contact temperature of 25-150 DEG C and a contact pressure of 0.1-2MPa under the condition that the adding mount of the water accounts for 20%-60% of the volume of the copolymer solution so as to obtain a mixture; (II) carrying out oil-water separation on the mixture obtained in the step (I) so as to separate out an organic phase containing solvents and copolymers; (III) removing unreacted monomers from the organic phase which contains the solvents and the copolymers and is obtained in the step (II). The invention further relates to a preparation method of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer. The methods provided by the invention have the advantages of being simple in process, low in cost and convenient for continuous industrial production. |
