titleOfInvention Synthesis of berberine derivatives and their application in the preparation of antineoplastic drugs and synergistic doxorubicin antineoplastic drug compositions
abstract The invention relates to a berberine derivative and its preparation method and application. The general structural formula of the berberine derivative is: Wherein R is alkyl, benzyl, substituted benzyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, heterocyclic methyl or substituted heterocyclic methyl. The present invention also relates to the composition of the above-mentioned berberine derivative and doxorubicin and the application of the composition in the preparation of antitumor drugs. The berberine derivatives of the present invention not only have independent and synergistic anti-tumor effects of doxorubicin, but also have certain protective effects on myocardial injury, weight loss and intestinal mucosal epithelial cells caused in the course of treatment. Ideal synergistic combination drugs in cancer process.
