titleOfInvention | Weak-alkalinity pyrophosphate solution and technology for electroplating bright tin |
abstract | The invention discloses a weak-alkalinity pyrophosphate solution and a technology for electroplating bright tin. The solution is characterized by comprising a pyrophosphate as a main complexing agent, a citrate as an auxiliary complexing agent, a soluble tin salt as a main salt and a conducting salt, a divalent tin ion stabilizing agent, proper amount of an additive and phosphoric acid as an electroplating solution pH adjusting agent. The technology is characterized in that a prepared electroplating solution is utilized to perform pretreatment on a metal base material as a cathode, then a proper current is introduced into the electroplating solution, so that a tin electroplating layer is deposited on the surface of the cathode metal base material subjected to pretreatment. The electroplating solution is simple in composition and easy to maintain, is applicable to relatively wide current density scope, and does not cause base-material corrosion on zinc-aluminium alloy members. |
