titleOfInvention cationic dyeable polyester composition
abstract The invention provides a cationic dyeable polyester composition which is a polyester formed by ethylene glycol terephthalate as a main repetitive unit. The polyester comprises of m-phthalic components containing sulphonates accounting for 1.0-3.0 mol% of all binary acid components, polyethylene glycol accounting for 0.5-2.0 wt% of the polyester composition and a surfactant accounting for 0.03-0.6 mol% of the polyester composition. By means of the cationic dyeable polyester composition in melt spinning, an early-stage pressure during the melt spinning can be reduced and increase of a filtering pressure can be inhibited. Fibers having an excellent cationically dyeable performance can be manufactured.
