titleOfInvention Anti-filtering hard alloy grinding oil and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to grinding oil for metal processing and a preparation method thereof, particularly to an anti-filtering hard alloy grinding oil and a preparation method thereof. The anti-filtering hard alloy grinding oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-90% of synthesized base oil, 1-6% of a composite additive I, 5-18% of an oilness additive and 1-6% of a composite additive II. The preparation method of the anti-filtering hard alloy grinding oil comprises the following steps: adding the synthesized base oil into a stirring kettle, raising the temperature to be 40-50 DEG C, then, sequentially adding the composite additive I, the oilness additive and the composite additive II, continuously stirring for 30 minutes at the stirring speed of 100 r/min to obtain the transparent and uniform anti-filtering hard alloy grinding oil. Compared with the prior art, the anti-filtering hard alloy grinding oil has excellent anti-filtering performance and oxidation resistance, can effectively restrain precipitation of cobalt and oil mist, and meets the abrasive machining application of hard alloy.
