titleOfInvention | Plugging agent used for drilling fluid and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a plugging agent for a drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of drilling. The plugging agent used for the drilling fluid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180-220 parts of bentonite, 90-110 parts of acrylamide, 20-30 parts of 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid, 3-5 parts of a hydrolysis degree regulator, 90-110 parts of calcium carbonate, 280-320 parts of water, 0.1-0.3 part of a crosslinking agent and 3-5 parts of a redox initiator. The polymerization of the acrylamide in bentonite interlayer can be induced by the redox initiator under certain conditions for generation of expandable deformable particles by cooperation with the crosslinking agent, and by compounding with ultrafine calcium carbonate, the high molecular plugging wall-protecting agent is obtained. By addition of the plugging agent provided by the embodiment into a drilling fluid containing bentonite slurry, API filter loss, high temperature and high pressure filter loss and invasion sand bed depth of the drilling fluid can be effectively reduced, so that plugging of the clay shale can be better realized, and the occurrence of downhole complicated conditions can be reduced. |
