titleOfInvention Long-acting polyurethane/diatomite dual control slow release compound fertilizer
abstract The invention relates to the field of compound fertilizers, in particular to a long-acting polyurethane/diatomite dual control slow release compound fertilizer. The fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 10-15 of 1250-2000 mesh diatomite, 18-22 of ammonium bicarbonate, 6-8 of manganese ammonium phosphate, 18-20 of urea, 22-25 of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 10-12 of magnesium sulfate, 8-10 of alfalfa, 10-12 of bran, 15-18 of livestock manure, 4-5 of sodium caseinate, 2-4 of ginger peel, 6-8 of corn straw, 4-6 of sodium acetate, 3-5 of chicken intestine powder, 1-3 of ivy glorybind herb root micropowder, 6-9 of mushroom stem, 10-12 of a waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 1-2 of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-3 of polyethylene glycol, 2-4 of medical stone powder, 6-8 of polymeric ferric silicate sulfate, and 4-5 of an assistant. According to the invention, a film coating agent prepared from diatomite, the waterborne polyurethane emulsion, ivy glorybind herb root micropowder and other raw materials is employed to form dual control slow release treatment, the nutrients are difficult to run off, the fertilizer efficiency is more lasting, the soil ecological environment is not destroyed, and the crop yield and quality are significantly improved. Thus, the fertilizer is a novel green and efficient compound fertilizer.
