The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic thin film solar cell achieving high photoelectric conversion efficiency and exhibiting excellent durability. The present invention is an organic thin film solar cell having a photoelectric conversion layer, wherein, in the photoelectric conversion layer, an organic semiconductor site is in contact with a site containing the sulfide of an element in group 15 of the periodic table, and the organic semiconductor constituting the organic semiconductor site is a polythiophene derivative, a phthalocyanine derivative, a naphthalocyanine derivative or a benzoporphyrin derivative. |
