Correction factor wherein<i>f x </i>=0.20~0.25,<i>f y </i><i></i>=0.46~0.54. The testing result of the method is stable,, has solved and must adopt at present dual wavelength to detect and the higher and poor problem of universality to HPLC equipment requirement simultaneously as the method testing result of reference substance is consistent with Ligustilide taking fresh preparation, Senkyunolide A.
