titleOfInvention Polyamide enameled wire varnishes with excellent lubricity and preparation method of polyamide enameled wire varnishes
abstract The invention discloses polyamide enameled wire varnishes with excellent lubricity. The polyamide enameled wire varnishes is prepared from the components in parts by weight: 75 parts of polyamide 1010, 4-7 parts of blocked isocyanate, 2-3 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 200-240 parts of cresol, 200-240 parts of aromatic solvent oil and 0.05-0.07 part of a fluorocarbon flow agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polyamide enameled wire varnishes. The static friction coefficient of the surface of a prepared enameled wire can be below 0.06. As being coated on an outer coating of the polyamide, polyester or polyester-imide, the polyamide enameled wire varnishes with excellent lubricity does not influence the saline-resistant pinhole characteristic of the enameled wire and is capable of improving the scraping resistance and the paint film flexibility of the enameled wire.
