abstract The invention relates to a preparation method and a compounding method of long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon defoamer. The preparation method of the long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon defoamer is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding long-chain alkyl ester methyl acrylate shown in a formula (I), wherein R in the formula (I) is C6-20 linear chain alkyl or naphthene base, then introducing N2; the formula (I) is described in the specification; adding a catalyst, heating a reaction kettle and stirring; after temperature is stabilized, controlling temperature in the reaction kettle to be 60-90 DEG C, adding low-hydro silicone oil, and stirring at constant temperature, so that the long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon defoamer is obtained. The compounding method of the long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon defoamer is characterized by comprising the following steps: taking and placing silicon cream, a compound emulsifier and the long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon defoamer into a reaction vessel, stirring and heating to 50-70 DEG C, and carrying out reaction for 0.5-1.5 hours; adding a thickener aqueous solution, and stirring at a speed of 4000-6000r/min by adopting a high-speed homogenizer, so that a long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon compound defoamer is obtained. The prepared long-chain alkyl ester modified organic silicon defoamer has the advantages of lubricating property, antifouling property, wear resistance and good affinity on an organic material, and printing performance of intaglio water-based ink is improved.
