abstract The invention discloses a class side base natural arginine and the synergistically modified PMAm cationic polymers of lactobionic acid, preparation method and the application as genophore thereof.Be synthesized by reversible addion-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and follow-up deprotection reaction the Methacrylamide cationic functional polymkeric substance that side base is amino; subsequently; the arginine and lactobionic acid building block that contain protecting group are connected on PMAm molecule; namely subject polymer is obtained after last deprotection base; its preparation method is simple, and reaction conditions is gentle.Cell evaluation result shows, the class side base natural arginine prepared in the present invention and the synergistically modified PMAm cationic polymers of lactobionic acid have high-biocompatibility, low cytotoxicity, high gene transfection efficiency, good serum stability, be the effective novel glycosyl modified polymkeric substance non-viral gene vector of a class, can be used as efficient gene transfection agent and be applied.
