abstract | An organic light-emitting diode device comprises an anode, a first hole injection layer, a first hole transmission layer, a first light-emitting unit, a first electron transmission layer, a charge producing layer, a second hole injection layer, a second hole transmission layer, a second light-emitting unit, a second electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode which are sequentially stacked, wherein the anode comprises a glass substrate, a light refraction layer and a transparent conductive layer which are sequentially stacked. Multiple elongated protrusions arranged at intervals are formed on the surface of the light refraction layer close to the glass substrate, and the tail ends of the protrusions adhere to the glass substrate to enable multiple elongated gaps to be formed between the light refraction layer and the glass substrate. The first light-emitting unit comprises a first red light-emitting layer, a first green light-emitting layer and a blue light-emitting layer. The second light-emitting unit comprises a second red light-emitting layer and a second green light-emitting layer. The organic light-emitting diode device has high color rendering index and low working current. In addition, the invention further relates to a manufacturing method of the organic light-emitting diode device. |
