titleOfInvention Trapping agent and the application thereof of platinum metals is reclaimed in nitric acid industry converter for ammonia oxidation
abstract The present invention relates to the trapping agent reclaiming platinum metals use from nitric acid production process.Technology is as follows: 1. add quadrol 1 part, thanomin 0.2-1 part and water 2-6 part in a reservoir, and add two oxalic acid palladium acid 0.7-1.5 part and nickelous oxalate 0.05-0.2 part while stirring, in whipping process, solution temperature controls at 20 ~ 30 DEG C, stirs 2 ~ 3 hours; 2. the solution 1. obtained by step submergence Raschig ring 30 ~ 60 minutes at 10 ~ 50 DEG C of temperature; 3. the Raschig ring that 2. step obtains is put into closed electric furnace, be filled with nitrogen, 100 DEG C are warming up in 20-40 minute, 100 ~ 120 DEG C of temperature range inside holding 1 ~ 2 hour, then 300 DEG C are warming up in 20-40 minute, 300 ~ 400 DEG C of temperature range inside holding 1 ~ 2 hour, be then warming up to 500 DEG C in 20-40 minute, 500 ~ 650 DEG C of temperature range inside holding after 1 ~ 3 hour naturally cooling obtain trapping agent. This trapping agent can use 6-8 month, reclaims platinum metals cost low, can not affect nitric acid production efficiency, and reclaiming the platinum purity obtained can reach 99.96%.
