The present invention provides a surface protective film comprising a structure in which a fluororesin having a perfluoroalkylene ether structure in the main chain is cross-linked and polymerized, wherein in the measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity at a measurement frequency of 10 Hz , the storage elastic modulus E' at a temperature 40 K higher than the dynamic glass transition temperature Tg is 10 MPa to 1000 MPa. The surface protection film of the present invention has excellent damage repairability, surface slippage and manufacturability. |
