titleOfInvention Method for purifying carissone
abstract The invention relates to a method for purifying carissone. The method comprises the following processing steps: (1) grinding dry roots of pterolobium punctatum, adding an ethanol solution and carrying out microwave pretreatment; (2) extracting the raw materials subjected to microwave pretreatment by adopting an ultrasonic method, filtering the extract and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure; (3) adsorbing a concentrated solution with a macroporous resin column, eluting the resin column with water and ethanol and collecting the eluant; and (4) concentrating the eluant until the alcohol flavor disappears, carrying out ultrafiltration and nanofiltration concentration and carrying out drying, thus obtaining carissone. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, little pollution, good quality and the like and is an environment-friendly purification method.
